Welcome to the new CREDO Long Distance website!
Thank you for being a loyal CREDO member, we and our donation grantees deeply appreciate your continued support of us and our important philanthropy partners.
We have made important changes to our Customer Service Portal to improve your experience, security and your CREDO Long Distance support needs.
In summary, we have a new CREDOLongDistance.com website, which gives you the ability to either open a support ticket or link to our new Online Bill portal.
These changes will take place September 29, 2022; during this time, you may find our website unavailable for a short period, but we expect minimal disruption.
We worked with our technology partners to make the transition to our new payment portal as convenient as possible for you, however, this transition will require you to update your online profile and related payment information.
Following are the updates you will need to make:
New Password: You will have to create a new password for the new Online Bill portal (instructions are below).
Update your personal and payment information: Once in the portal, review and update your existing payment methods. In some limited cases, you will need to add a payment method if we were unable to migrate your previous information.

Password Reset Instructions:
Your account will be set up with a temporary password. The temporary password uses this format: a capital letter A, followed by your account number, and then a lower case a, and then your username. For example, if your account number is 123456 and your user name is jsmith, the temporary password will be A123456ajsmith. Please note that the username in the temporary password will be in all lowercase letters.
If your account number starts with zeros, for example, 0099998, do not use the zeros. Simply type in 99998.
